CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our team try to process orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so changing / cancelling an order after it’s been made is not always possible. However, we always want to help, so please send us an email ASAP from the contact page including your order number and we’ll try our best to get your order cancelled for you. If we are lucky enough to cancel that in time, we will process your refund right away.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for our team to process your return package. Once we have processed the return, will we proceed to the refund. You should get your money back between 1 to 10 days depending on your bank.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

 

I DID NOT GET ANY NEWS FROM MY ORDER?

Please check your spam box, sometimes the emails you receive from us get stuck there for some reason.

If its not there contact us and we'll resolve immediately.
